Welcome to TrebleMarket.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Treble Market website and purchases made through TrebleMarket.com.

Treble Market LLC (“Treble Market,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small business based in Sterling Heights, Michigan, United States.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any additional terms shown on a product page or during checkout.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Use of Our Website

TrebleMarket.com is provided for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational use. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; interfere with the security or operation of the website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without permission; or misuse Treble Market trademarks, photographs, artwork, designs, text, or other intellectual property.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order or authorize the purchase.

Products

Treble Market offers a mix of handmade, personalized, designed, produced, and thoughtfully selected products. Some products are made directly by us. Others are designed by us and created or fulfilled with trusted production partners.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, slight differences may occur because of screen and monitor settings, lighting and photography, natural materials, wood grain and stain absorption, handmade construction, stitching or crochet variation, printing or production processes, and other characteristics inherent to handmade or individually produced goods. These natural or minor variations are not necessarily defects. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering, including dimensions, materials, sizing, personalization options, and what is included with the purchase.

Props used in product photography are not included unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Products

Handmade products may contain natural variations and small irregularities that reflect the materials and process used to create them. One-of-a-Kind products are individual physical pieces and may not be recreated once sold. One-of-a-Kind items are final sale except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, dates, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, measurements, colors, and other custom details. If we create an item using the information submitted with the order, we are not responsible for customer-entered errors. If the information was submitted correctly and we produce it incorrectly, we’ll make it right.

Product Imagery

Treble Market may use digital editing and AI-assisted tools in some website, lifestyle, and marketing imagery. These tools may be used to create or enhance backgrounds, settings, styling, lighting, or other presentation elements. Our goal is always to represent the product being sold as accurately as possible. Product details, materials, dimensions, colors, personalization options, and what is included with your purchase are described in the individual product listing. Decorative props, room settings, and other styling elements shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

Proofs and Approvals

For many personalized or custom items, we may provide a digital proof or preview before production is completed. When a proof is provided, it will generally be sent to the email address associated with the order. Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully and responding promptly. Approval of a proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the spelling, layout, personalization, and other details shown in the proof. Requested revisions will be handled before final production when reasonably possible. Delays in responding to a proof may delay production and shipment.

Custom Orders

Custom-order requests are considered individually. Before placing a custom order, customers may be asked to confirm details such as design, dimensions, materials, personalization, pricing, and anticipated production time. A custom request is not accepted until Treble Market confirms that we can reasonably complete the work. Custom and personalized orders are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a qualifying problem with the completed order.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary. This may include situations involving product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, production limitations, incorrect product information, technical errors, or orders we cannot legally or reasonably fulfill. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion of the order.

Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected item and issue a refund. Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time an order is placed is the price that applies to that order, except in the case of an obvious error.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless another arrangement has been approved in writing for a custom order. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Treble Market does not receive or store complete payment-card information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and applicable tax requirements.

Shipping

Current shipping destinations, rates, processing information, and other shipping details are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Most Treble Market products require time to be made, printed, personalized, or prepared after an order is placed. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We’ll get it on its way sooner whenever possible. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is outside our direct control. Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing products with different production or fulfillment timelines may arrive in separate packages. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete shipping information.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is submitted with an order, the customer is responsible for replacement, reshipping, or additional shipping costs that result from that error. If we ship an order incorrectly because of an error on our end, we’ll make it right.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Shipping Destinations

Treble Market currently ships within the United States according to the destinations available at checkout. We do not currently ship to Canada, international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Cancellations

Because many Treble Market products are made, printed, personalized, or prepared specifically for each order, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If we are unable to fulfill or ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer with the options required under applicable law.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many Treble Market products are made to order, personalized, or produced specifically for each purchase, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes returns based on change of mind, color or style preference, customer-selected size, customer-entered personalization errors, or One-of-a-Kind status.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error made by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Complete details are provided in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains an error made by us, contact Contact@TrebleMarket.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

When appropriate, replacement is generally our first resolution. If a replacement is not reasonable or available, another resolution, including a refund, may be offered.

Gift Cards

Treble Market gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases on TrebleMarket.com according to the terms provided at purchase and applicable law. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission unless required by law or otherwise stated. Additional gift-card terms may apply.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, or special offers may have additional conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or exclusions. Those terms will be provided with the applicable offer. We may modify or discontinue promotions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

TrebleMarket.com and its content may include photographs, product designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, branding, product names, website layouts, and other creative materials owned by or licensed to Treble Market.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, commercially use, or otherwise exploit Treble Market content without written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. These may include payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other services. Treble Market does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of independent third-party websites. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

TrebleMarket.com also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in that policy and through our available cookie-consent controls.

Website Availability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law. Customers remain responsible for using products appropriately and following any care, safety, or use instructions provided with the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
